When faced with a serious or life-limiting illness, families often have questions about comfort, care, and the choices available as needs change. Through real-world case examples, this interactive panel will explore the differences between palliative care and hospice, who may benefit from each, and how care decisions are made. The discussion will also address hospice eligibility and when a person may transition from palliative care to hospice. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of their care choices, greater confidence in having important conversations, and knowledge of resources available to support individuals and families.
