Municipal Parking and nearby side streets are also available.\n\n\n\n\n\nExisting Downtown Businesses Rules & Regulations\n\n\n NEW FOR 2026: Locate your "Sidewalk Sale" inside or outside your store.\n Includes Town of Greenwich Permits to have tables/tents on sidewalks. All tables and clothing racks must be parallel to street in front of your store so that sidewalk is unobstructed and people can walk on sidewalk.\n \n Comprehensive advertising and publicity campaign (print\, social media\, internet) spanning Fairfield\, Westchester\, Orange Counties and NYC to drive traffic to downtown Greenwich to your store.\n \n \n No other business OR restaurant is allowed to use your sidewalk in front of your store per Town of Greenwich regulations.\n \n \n No music\, megaphones or noise permitted on the sidewalk outside your store.\n \n Absolutely no food samples without Health Department approval. Bottled\, sealed water is OK.
